We typically say that a WordPress website will take between 2 to 6 weeks to complete although we have completed websites within 24 hours previously (that was a long day!!). The reason they take this amount of time is mostly due to the comprehensive planning that goes into all of our WordPress websites. We create plans for you to see of the site and make sure that you are happy with what we have designed before we start coding. We then code to test your WordPress website to the highest web standards before we go live.

A lot more goes into designing a website than simply adding a few bits of coding onto a page. We are WordPress experts which means that we live and breathe WordPress and know how to maximise it to your businesses benefit. WordPress is an excellent content management system and it is really easy to create new content, either as new pages or blog posts. If you are familiar with Microsoft Word then you will find adding new content really easy, just log into your WordPress admin area and away you go.

WordPress makes it super easy to add images. You can easily import images from your computer library and insert them into pages and posts, its a piece of cake. Text can be imported straight from Word and formatted just like a Word document.

All of our websites come with a an hours training over the phone or in person (travel costs may be applicable*). This training will give you an understanding of how to create and manage the content on your your WordPress website from Holistic Designs. We also install some informative and helpful training videos into your admin system for you to look through at you leisure. The videos, which are typically a couple of minutes long are a great way of familiarising yourself with WordPress so you get the most from your website. * We do not make any money from travel costs, all we ask is that if you live more than 20 miles from our offices at NN7 2AF that you cover the costs of our petrol

All of our WordPress websites are installed with WordPress plugins that help your website get the highest possible search engine rankings. This includes easy to use SEO plugins, image gallery plugins and much, much more.

Contact forms can be easily added to your website and unlike some other web developers, they are added at no extra cost before the website goes live.

Absolutely! Twitter feeds are excellent ways to keep publicise what you have been doing on your website and with our integrated plugins, when you make an update with Twitter it immediately appears on your website. Simple and effective.
